We have the best location in town with 4 spacious floor plans to choose from! Each home includes new electric appliances, built-in microwaves, resurfaced countertops, new cabinets, faux-wood flooring on the first floor levels, built-in bookshelves, and spacious bedrooms with over-sized closets.
Our first floor plan is our spacious 550 square feet 1 bedroom 1 bath and is currently priced at $735 per month. Our small 2 bedroom 1 bath is 770 square feet and starts at $845 per month, our medium 2 bedroom 1 bath is 825 square feet and starts at $865 month, and finally our large 2 bedroom 1 bath is 925 square feet and starts at $895 per month.
We provide 10-12 month leases, and residents are responsible for their own electric, cable, internet, water and trash for their home. We are pet friendly and provide a sparkling swimming pool, picnic areas with barbeque grills, free gourmet coffee bar and snacks, and a 24 hour clothes care facility. We also offer online payments!

Our leasing office hours are Monday through Tuesday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sundays we are closed. We are located at 800 N. LBJ Drive, just north of the campus by Grin’s Restaurant.
